Massive Open Online Course
The course could use the MOOC concept by:
- Creating a central hub where people sign up to generate hype with newsletters being sent to registrants to create enthusiasm.
- Enabling discussion boards on the LMS, to allow conversations between participants.
- Collate a selection of curated content to boost the pre-workshops and post-workshops to allow the excitement to be consistent.
- Add topic questions to additional content such as videos, to act as a starting point for conversations.

Social Learning
Social Learning could be implemented by facilitating the content in the form of online webinars. In these webinars, attendees could be split into groups using the Breakout Rooms feature in Zoom. Scenarios could be used, for example, a customer trying to buy a Standard because they started as an electrician. Each participant could play a role such as: electrician, customer support and an anthropomorphised database.

Universal Design Language
To better enhance the experience of those who are not able-bodied, training should be provided to ensure that all staff are aware of how to identify the different types of abilities that need to be considered and what to do in terms of improving their experience to prevent awkward situations of not knowing what to do.
